USAGE NOTE 用法说明: person, persons, people, and 和 peoples
Person means one man, woman, or child. person意指一个男人、女人或小孩:
She's a really generous person. 她是个十分慷慨大方的人。
The plural of person is persons, but this is only used in very formal language. When you are talking about more than one person, the plural is people. person 的复数是 persons, 但仅用于非常正式的文体中。一般讲到两个人以上时，复数用 people:
There were about 100 people at the wedding. 婚礼上有大约 100 人。
People is also a countable noun that means a particular race or group that live in a country. The plural is peoples. people 也可用作可数名词，意指居住在某一国家的某一种族或民族，复数为 peoples:
