USAGE NOTE 用法说明: order and 和 command
Order is used for most situations in which someone who is in a position of authority tells other people to do something. 如果是掌权的人命令别人做某事，大多数情况都用 order:
The governor ordered an investigation into the shootings. 州长下令对枪击事件进行调查。
Use command when someone in the army, navy etc tells someone to do something. 如果是在海、陆军等部队里命令别人做某事，则用 command:
The general commanded his troops to fire. 将军命令部队开火。
