1 if you have to do something, you must do it because someone makes you do it, or a situation makes it necessary 必须［不得不］做某事〔因为这是别人的要求或形势的要求〕:
You don't have to answer all the questions. 你不必回答所有问题。
Susan hates having to get up early. 苏珊讨厌要早起。
2 used to say that it is important that something happens 必须做某事〔用于表示某事的重要性〕:
You have to believe me! 你必须相信我！
There has to be an end to all this violence. 这种暴力行为必须结束。
3 used to tell someone how to do something 必须做某事〔用于告诉某人如何做某事〕:
First you have to take the wheel off. 首先，必须取下轮子。
4 used to say that you are sure that something will happen or is true 一定在做某事，一定会发生:

USAGE NOTE 用法说明: have to, have got to, and 和 must
Use all of these to talk about what it is necessary to do. Use have to to say that something is necessary, and you do not have a choice about it. 这几个词语都用于表示“必须”。have to 表示必须做某事，没有选择:
I'm sorry — I have to go now. 对不起 — 现在我得走了。
He has to work late tonight. 今天晚上他必须加班。
Use must to say that something is necessary, and that you know it is a good idea. must 表示必须做某事，而且你知道这么做是好的:
I really must study harder. 我真的必须好好学习了。
We must visit Grandma sometime soon. 我们近日必须去看看奶奶。
Use have got instead of have to or must in order to emphasize how important something is. 要强调某事的重要性，就用 have got to 代替 have to 或 must:
I've got to talk to him. 我必须跟他谈谈。
The past tense of have to, have got to, and must is had to. have to, have got to 和 must 的过去式是 had to:
