These words are all used to say that someone is attractive. 这些词都用于表示某人有吸引力。
Beautiful is a strong word meaning extremely attractive in a way that is quite rare. beautiful 是个语气很强的词，表示某人的漂亮相当难得:
the most beautiful actress in Hollywood 荷里活最美丽的女演员
Pretty, handsome, and good-looking are less strong ways of describing someone who is attractive. pretty, handsome 和 good-looking 形容某人有吸引力时语气不是太强。
Use pretty about younger women and girls. pretty 用于形容年轻女子和女孩:

Handsome is usually used to describe men. handsome 常用于形容男人:
