USAGE NOTE 用法说明: bath
When you are talking about washing your body in a large container of water indoors, say have a bath or take a bath. 表述在室内的浴缸中洗澡可以用 have a bath 或 take a bath:
Will I have time to take a bath before we go out? 我洗个澡再出去，来得及吗？
When you are talking about swimming in the sea or in a river, use the verb bathe or the phrase go for a bathe. 谈到在海里或河里游泳时用动词 bathe 或片语 go for a bathe:
It was hot, so we decided to go for a bathe in the river. 天很热，所以我们决定去河里游泳。
There were people bathing down by the rocks. 有些人从岩石旁顺流而下游泳。
(Don't use have/take a bath in this meaning. 此义不能用 have/take a bath).
When you are talking about lying in the sun, use the verb sunbathe. 要表述躺着晒太阳时可以用动词 sunbathe: They spent the afternoon sunbathing on the roof 他们下午躺在屋顶上晒太阳，not the phrase have/take a bath. 不能用片语 have/take a bath。
