1 starting at a particular place, time, or level 自…，从…，由…〔表示出发地点、开始时间或开始时的程度〕:

2 used to say where someone was born, or where they usually live or work 来自…〔表示出生地或通常居住、工作的地方〕:

3 used when you are saying how far a distance is 距…〔表示距离〕:

4 used to say who gave or sent something 由〔某人〕寄来［送来］:

I got a phone call from Ernie today. 今天我接到欧尼打来的电话。
5 if something is taken from a place, person, or amount, it is removed or taken away 从〔某地、人或总额中〕移走［拿走，拿出］:
